The September Mash-Up Challenge Freebie “Autumn Rust ” 🍂🧡 is now available!
It’s orange this month! Very orange! But we are heading to the ‘Fall Crafting Season’, so I thought it would be the ideal time to use this seasonal color, it also continues the “Romance” theme of the whole challenge.
I always like to try and make something myself 😁. This month I made a folio, inspired by the wonderful Kay at Papercraft with Kay who made a great folio with the August “Blossom Blush” freebie. Go check out Kay’s YouTube channel, she’s is wonderful and a fellow South Australian.
I used everything in the freebie, and from my stash I used a file folder, autumn scraps and some orange die cut butterflies.
If you’re interested in joining the fun, grab the freebie and blend the kit elements with anything from your stash. Whether it’s ephemera, collages, or any other artistic expression, share your creations on social media using the hashtag #mashupjoey. Inside it has lots of pockets for tags includes envelope pages and a booklet . I printed the freebie out a couple of times, so I was left with scraps. As the last picture shows, I always glue them into a master board scrapbook.
