The “100 CHRISTMAS CARDS” PROJECT has begun🎅 .
Each year, I create 100 Christmas cards for my family and friends. With a large extended family in both Australia and the United Kingdom, it’s quite a task! Although I’ve been doing this for years, it was only last year that I began photographing the process. This year’s card design is inspired by my “Christmas Folk” kit.
Stages Completed:
- The designs are finalized and 220 pages printed ☑️
- The cutting and inking of the base cards ☑️
- Cutting out the inner linings and pasting inside the cards ☑️
- Cutting and inking focal images ☑️
- Sewing card edges ☑️
- Sticking back image in place. ☑️
- Painting and bedazzling embellishments☑️
- Fixing focal points and embellishments ☑️
- Finished ☑️🍾🎉🧑🎄🎄
Deadline: November 7th for overseas posting ☑️
