G’day everyone – It’s Joey here 😀

It’s just gone midnight here, and I’ve just finished this week’s challenge. It started with the idea of a feather boa on a flapper – and ended up a whole story about her con artist boyfriend “Diamond Jack” and their shocking arrest in 1924. I spent the afternoon writing the news articles that are impossible to read here without a magnifying glass .

I made two journaling cards and used the faux newspaper front pages I created as the cover for the two cards. Inside I created some art deco designs for the linings, then made some small photo journaling Trixie and Jacks life together, including the final Police mugshots after their arrest.
This was a fun challenge to do and I got a bit carried away, but that’s what happens sometimes.
